Salmon With Courgette Sauce
Time to prepare 35min.
- Salmon.
- Courgette.
- Cream fresh.
- Basil.
- Rosemery.
- Olive oil, salt and peper.
- Cut on the skin of salmon slices.
- Put basil, rosemery and salt into thesmall slices.
- In a pan, put olive oil.
- Put the part with the skin of salmon to cook first, don´t touch it and leave it for 4 or 5 min.
- In another pan put olive oil, courgette in, salt, peper, and when they are cooked, add cream fresh.
- At the end, put your salmon on the center of your plat, and the courgette sauce on the top of it.
